Sabrosa Salsa is a Latin dance school based in the heart of Umhlanga, Durban, South Africa. We offer different dance styles and levels of Cross Body Salsa on One, Bachata, Kizomba & Rueda De Casino. Each of the dance instructors have their own unique flavour and skills in teaching group classes and aim for a deeper understanding of musicality, making it easier for you to understand and interpret into your timing, steps and partner work.

We strive to create a social, fun-filled vibe within the dance classes, where students get to meet a new and diverse group of friends, while de-stressing and getting fit at the same time!

The owners and founders of Sabrosa Salsa are Gillian Te Brugge, who has a long standing passion for dance, and Ariadna Aguilar who is originally from Barcelona, Spain.

Together they have captivated many with their combination of grace, speed and technique.

Sabrosa Salsa has been known to be a pioneer in the dance world of Durban, South Africa, by being the only school to offer Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba and Rueda De Casino all in one convenient place!

We also offer private lessons, performances and fun introductory lessons for corporate events as well as host social dance events.
